Every rug has its own details.
From a hallway runner to a living-room rug, size, construction and material help determine the next step. Add the rug to your enquiry with its approximate length and width. You can include several rugs in one request.
Photograph the full rug, its backing and the care label if there is one. Mention fringes, delicate areas or existing damage so Stevie can discuss the item with a clearer picture of its condition.
Tell Stevie about spills, pet accidents or odours, including when they happened and whether anything has already been applied. Cleaning arrangements, treatment and drying advice can then be discussed directly; send your postcode with the enquiry.
